As a team lead with a passive interest in management, this book was a great intro to what engineering management could (and should) look like. I took a whole ton of notes and will definitely be using this as a reference moving forward. If I'm being honest, I'm surprised by how many takeaways I'm walking away with. If you're in any sort of leadership position in tech I'd definitely suggest giving this a read.
